to find out information about my dogs parents? I have the registration paper that has the parents registered names, and I know the person who had Oreo before me was in Walnut Creek, CA.
From the "America's pet registry" form I was given with Oreo:

Breed: Shih Tzu
Sire: Jacks Kiss
Sire's # E03-ZA-AC-31024T
Dam: Annie Sohn
Dam's # H02-XX-AC-32386D
DOB: 4/17/2003
From that info - would there be any way to find out what the parents were like?
