    (*Our Trip: Part 1 ~ 32 pics*)

    Alright, here's the first set of my pictures from the trip. These are all from things we did in Florida.

    Florida Botanical Gardens:
    A garden of native and tropical flowers & plants...

    Kiara & Mufasa




    Pinewood Cultural Park
    A small town of old buildings/stores/fire station. Some were moved here, some were originally there.

    In front of an old house...


    Hanging out at the barber shop...


    Our sled team as we went in the gift shop...


    Back at my house... They both have a strong affection for Moo Man.


    Huskies hanging out by the pool (we turned them into Florida dogs!)


    Out on the islands... my big girl Nala.


    Kiki and Nebo taking a swim..


    All five dogs following us out the sand bar. Usually this whole part is above water, but it was VERY hightide.

    Great pictures, Kay! I really like the group shot in front of the old house. It also looks like everyone had a ton of fun at the island. How cool is that to be able to play on their very own island?

    I really like that picture of Mr. Mooman romping around.

    awesome pictures - must have been quite a trip.

    Kiara and Mufasa look like dogs of the same breed with diffrent coat length. I bet you get asked quite often what breed they are.

    Thanks everyone. I'm glad you've enjoyed so far. Working on getting "part 2" up soon.

    William, a lot of people ask me if they are littermates, since Kiara looks like a puppy still!

    Pat, the water is pretty nice. It's a little on the warm side, though! I prefer colder waters.

    Well then, my dear, you'll just have to come up to Newport, we have lots of colder water beaches! (As I recall from vacations as a kid, they never do get very warm, even in August.)
