Bailey and Papa!!!

Oh Bailey! How wonderful that we get to meet not only your precious self this Suday, but your Papa as well!!! What a team!! We don't often get to "meet" a fur parent! And what a devoted Dad he is!! Then again, I need only look into your beautiful, big, brown eyes, catch a glimpse of that adorable face, that sweet, sweet smile, to understand why you are so very, very loved! And you're right Bailey. You ARE very lucky to have found such a terrific family to call your own And THEY are so blessed to have the multi-talented, beautiful, devoted Bailey as their best friend!! Congratulations to you dear Bailey and Papa, our super duper Dog of the Day honorees!! Have a wonderful day enjoying your great honor, Bailey and Papa! I agree with Sandra that it is a wonderful treat to meet a Dog of the Day with their parent. But seeing the two of you together, I can't determine who is the prouder one as you both are beaming!Fate can be a wonderful thing especially when it brings together such delightful family members who seem to be made for each other. Yay Fate! Yes, Bailey, your Dad may be surprised when he finds out you can type, but we aren't. Quite a few of the dogs who belong to our members have been known to take to the keyboard and do a bit of exposing some of the household secrets. About your Mom being bossy, that generally is the case with us Moms as we have a lot of coordinating to do to keep up with all the household chores and seeing to it that everybody gets their crunchies. I just know that she and your Dad and even the cats are so proud of the fame and recognition you have achieved today. Bailey you are an absolutely precious dogger. I know it must have been love at first sight when your folks saw you, and Karen and Paul (the head honchos here) must have known immediately that you were Dog of the Day material. Kisses coming from me, (the mom in our house) and our furkids, Hannah and Tucker. Our Dad's out playing golf but I know when he sees the B. Dog, he will be very impressed.

Bailey, what a great pair you and Papa make. I'm so glad they found you at the shelter and adopted you. I love the photo of the two of you and I must say how handsome you both are. I think you found a wonderful family and forever home. Congratulations dear, sweet, handsome Bailey Our Very Best Dog of the Day. I'm sure Papa will find some very special treats for you on your very special day.

What a beautiful portrait! You two are definitely cover material, and make a wonderful Sunday DOTD picture. Bailey, you not only type well, you write so well that your Papa will be very, very proud of you. I can tell from both of your expressions the love you share. Today I'll bet that "bossy" Mama and kitty committee are showing you their true feelings about you, giving you treats, purrs and lots of well deserved love. Do you share your Papa with them? I hope so, he looks like he is a loving furdaddy. Lots of love to you and the whole family, on your special day!!

Well Bailey you are sure cute! No surprise that you can hit the keyboard - but lots of dogs can and the parents don't know that!
I hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy being "Dog of the day" and get lots of extra treats & play time in. It was a good thing that you were discovered at the shelter and got such a lovely home life.

There is nothing like a man and his dog, unless of course, it is a woman and her dog or dogs, as in my case!!! LOL!!! Bailey, you are a charmer and I can tell it from your picture!! No wonder your Papa chose you to spend your life with him!!! Keep that committee of two kitties under control, because if you ever let them have the upper hand, it's all over. Just ask my Honey and Lilly.........they can tell stories about their "two cat" household!!!!

Bailey, you're another reason why my favourite dog breed is starting to be 'Dog'! What a fine-looking, happy-faced chappie you are. But you do look very much like a Bearded Collie to me.
You're also a wonderful example of what lovely dogs can be got from a Shelter. Bless your family for having the good taste & loving hearts to pick you!
