    Do you like classical music?

My dad listens to it ALL the time. And I was never interested in it much. I recently watched the movie "Amadeus" about Mozart and have taken a liking to it. Especially Mozart and Beethoven. What do you like?

I grew up listening to classicla music. I love lots of it, I really couldn't narrow it down. Aaaron Copland's Appalacian Spring, Dvorak's New World Symphony ... Handel's Messiah ... there's lots of great stuff!

No, I can't stand it. I went to this teacher's memorial concert that my sister was in with my parents a few months back and they played his favorite classical music song, not just a portion of it but the whole thing. You should have seen me, I was dying of boredom and it was getting so hot in there. I swear I was a WRECK!! The whole freakin' song was 15 minutes and I was about to get up and leave. Before that expierience, I never really cared about it, and I respected it. Now anytime I hear classical music I have to leave the area. It was a funny sight to my parents but classical music bores me to death, and I was never really interested in it. I think I'll just stick with the best band in the world, Simple Plan, for now.

I find classical music very relaxing. Sometimes when I'm driving & I'm in a really bad mood, I will put a classical music station on just to relax and sooth my nerves.
I love Fenway, JoJo, Olivia and Nonnie!

Its really fun to play on piano or when in orchestra, but other than that, I veer away from it.
If I listen to it by itself, it gives me a bit of a headache. *shrugs* I guess I'm just picky about my music. =D

Yes, I do, I like Tschaicosky (sp?) a lot...

    Handel's Messiah, 1812 Overture, Nutcracker....

It's been proven that mothers who listen to classical music when they're pregnant have brighter children and kids who listen while studying do better on tests and homework.

Did you also know there are even studies that say plants (i.e. house plants) grow better where classical/soothing music is played at regular intervalsy? And even that it can soothe pets. This article is fascinating: http://www.dovesong.com/positive_mus...xperiments.asp

    A quote from it:
On the fifth day, she began noticing drastic changes. In the chamber with the soothing music, the plants were growing healthily and their stems were starting to bend towards the radio!
