Ok I feel like an idiot, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to change the color of the text! I've done it tons of times, but I can't seem to find it today.
Here's a screen shot so if someone can please explain it to me that would be great.

Yay! I figured it out! Thanks! Whenever I clicked the Materials palette it would come up HUGE but I got it to go onto the side like you have.
