    If you already have the picture scanned and on your computer, upload it to http://www.webshots.com

    Right click your picture after it is uploaded and go to properties. Highlight the address and right click and choose copy. Then come here and open up a message. Type [img] then paste the address and type [/img] after it with no spaces.
