    Eskie Agility Pics

I was asked to post some pics of my American Eskimo, Laika, so here are some of her doing agility. She's retired now, but still does agility occasionally in my back yard. The photo below was from a novice run where she qualified about five years ago.

Here, she's in the backyard weaving about seven years ago.

Here she is with her first blue ribbon won in an obedience fun match.

And here she is a few years ago playing agility in my backyard.

I don't know if these will supersize, but I hope they are all a decent size for posting!

Ooooh thank you. She is beautiful and I wish I had gotten a chance to see her in action. I must admit that I particularly like the one of her lying next to her ribbon (but I think it's just because I see that same face/expression every day ). She really is gorgeous, thank you.

    Thank you.

Yes, Ginger's mom, one of the cool things about Eskies is their eyes/expression. Almost every Eskie has that look, and it's very unique to the breed. All dogs have great eyes, but Eskie eyes are so emotional. You want to know what an Eskie is feeling? Look into their eyes. Whenever I go to shows and my Eskie stays with my mom (she really doesn't like shows), I'm always drawn to the Eskies there as they all remind me so much of her!

She is absolutely beautiful!! I promised Joyce(Ginger's Mom) some pictures of my RB Benny. Sorry I haven't been able to locate any good ones yet. Most of them were on acid paper and the colors are terrible. He had a unique facial expression as well. He always seemed more like a human in a dog suit. He was so smart and in tune with everything--especially running off the moment I turned my head--everytime he got a chance He always came back, filthy and worn out but he almost gave me a heart attack every time he did it. I still miss him terribly. Your pictures of Laika bring back pleasant memories. She looks like such lovebug

I had to come back and take another look this morning. I got into Eskies quite by accident (although my mom had one when she was a child). I am really a fluffy mutt kind of person, but Eskies sure do know how to grab your heartstrings, don't they? Pretty girl.

That looks like so much fun and she really looks like she's enjoying it. Agility is so much fun to watch!
