What a wonderful sight, no wonder you're exited.

Great pictures, Connie!!! I wonder if it is some kind of ornamental cherry tree or maybe a crabapple? That's what it looks like to me, but I am no expert.

Unfortunately, I know that Spring is here because the yellow pollen is thick on everything and we're all sniffing and sneezing and wiping our eyes, a lot! We're keeping the pharmaceutical industry in business! LOL!!

I bought a tree like that a few years back, mine is called a flowering plum.
I don't know if it's the same thing or not, I'll have to take pics when it starts blooming and we can compare!

I used to have a "Crab Apple " tree and those blossems look familier to me!!!

I got excited when I noticed my daffodils sprouting out of the ground and I just can't wait for those Giant Crocus that always put on a splendid show!!!

Thanks everyone. My camera is a Kodak EasyShare Z740. It has a 10x zoom lens, which I love. My brother (yep the one who bought me the house) got it for me for Christmas in 2005. I am a complete nerd when it comes to electronics and am very pleased with it.

One funny thing about the tree: last year I had to trim one of the branches. It has bright pink bark inside the branch. I'm thinking it's an ornamental cherry. (maybe)
