    maltese puppies

    I am interested in adopting a female maltese.I understand they are good for
    senior citizens because they are so friendly.I have A FOREVER home for a small puppy.I just put my 16 year old Misty to rest.

    You may want to try looking on petfinder.com to see if any are available near you.

    You can also google "maltese rescue" and see what comes up.

    And check www.hua.com for maltese.

    I'm not sure where you're located but you can do a serach on www.petfinder.com and find Maltese for adoption in your area.

    A word of warning though, Maltese require a lot of grooming. My grandmother has 3 of them (had 4) and spends a lot of time on their coat.
