    Jackie,
Give Daisy a hug from me. She looks like she is adjusting fine to having only three legs working now. When does the sling come off?

I just finished looking at all the pictures you posted Carl. I am sitting here with tears flowing down my face just remembering what these precious babies had to endure. The pic of Perry with his certificate is priceless. It looks like he is saying "Aww sucks folks, it was nothing. Daisy is my girl". The one with Daisy kissing Perry, words cannot express how precious this pic is. They are all great pics. It is heartbreaking though to see poor little Daisy with her sling on, but at the same time inspiring to know that these adorable precious babies have come through such an awful ordeal.
Keep on healing little ones, i think about you everyday.
Hugs and kisses to you both.

I know Aspen, how you feel. Even now, knowing the babies are out of the woods, whenever I think of the hell they went through, I still get sick! No one will ever fully know what happened, but, it is quiet evident that Perry put up a heroic fight. Yet, what thoughts must have been going through his mind. All these years, knowing nothing but love & kindness, & to suddenly be confronted with a monstrous bully such as this!! Horrifying!! But Perry hung in & prevailed! I only wish I could one time, just hug both of those babies close & tell them how brave they were & how much they are loved!

Yorkster, the people have the pitbulls hid with one of their family, they are doing nothing, the owners of the house insurance is fighting us on the Vet bill and the fence. They want to pay 1500 for the dogs and our Vet bills have been over 2600 plus whatever the cost of the fence, so we are at a standstill. I feel that is the least they can do is pay the Vet bills.

GRRRRR, this makes me so angry!

Jackie, just a thought, but maybe we need a follow up from the local television station, newspapers etc. A little publicity about the insurance company - and how they are responding wouldn't hurt. If they hear the company name on a television station, it just might shake them up - that quibbling over the dollar difference is not in their interest!

It always makes me so angry when it comes down to this...........
what about pain and suffering compensation?

ABSOLUTELY!! What Jackie and Don went through - none of us can truly appreciate!

Hmmm, an idea, what can all of us do about this to help?
Maybe we need the name and email address of the insurance company. I bet a few emails would perk them up? Anyone else have any ideas beyond these?

Great idea Gini! Let's figure this out.
Insurance companies make alot of $$$$$, but are very slow to pay-out.
Jackie should get every penny to pay for not only the vet bills, but the fence, and the heartache & suffering like you said.

Jackie- we are thinking about you and your babies. How are things today? All those pics have been inspiring (spelling?)
