Wish us luck today, we are heading to Fort Worth to take Finn to his first competition! I'm sure I'll continue to enter him in the future, no matter how he does today! I have no idea what he'll do, but it should be a ton of fun, no matter what.May the luck o' the Irish be with us today!
Here's jump number one...12'3"...
This was his worst jump, I totally timed my toss wrong. Oh, well. He was at about 8'6", which is still nothing to frown about!
This is his third jump, he got 14'9".![]()
And, last, but not certainly not least, is his final and best jump! He actually jumped one time better, but it was in practice, and it was about 18'! This jump is 16'3"!!!
It was a day I'll never forget. We tried for a minute or two to get him to do the Extreme Vertical event, but I couldn't get him to keep his eye on the toy up that high and that far out (it was 8 feet away from the dock and five feet up!). I think if I could get him to focus, he'd be good at that event, too.
I hope I don't have to wait too long to do this again!
