Needs help fast!

Chewy pees when he gets real exited. What can I do. He got really exited today and peed on my sister's Abbey new white tank top that was like 75 bucks . We are hopeing it will come out. But can someone please hepl me! He pees everywhere when he gets exited.

That's generally a sign of submission or fear or nervousness. Talk to your vet or a trainer and see what they have to say. Good luck. Your sister's shirt will come clean I'm sure. Use some Febreeze laundry when you wash it and that will help with the odor if there would be any.
