    Hi everyone!
Just wanted to let you know
I just got back from the Vets
with Perry and he is doing better
    than expected.Dr was really surprised
he was holding his head hi especially
after the bites he received on the back of
his neck. Also his lungs are healing faster than he thought
    and his breathing,heart,temp,are all normal.
All he has to do if finish his antibiotics and he will be
as good as new(almost that is)Can even give him a bath.

    As for Miss Daisy!
Have to take her in next Tues.
to get her sling taken off,and her stiches taken
out, that will be the real test to see if she can use that leg.
She is a strong little girl and stubborn as hell,
so I am sure she will be ok.

Thanks once again for all your kindness, support
    and prayers!
    Don

I do believe Perry's recovery is nothing short of a miracle...the miracle of prayer and the miracle of love from his Dad and Mom. Daisy isn't going to be *challenged* for very much longer either. That is one independent, determined, strong and stubborn (you said it first) girl. She is not going to let Jackie down, nor you nor Perry. Thanks for the update Don.

It's great to hear such a good report on Perry. He's
a tough little guy. Hope everything continues to go well
in his recovery and that Miss Daisy 's healing is going well
also. Best of luck on Daisy's checkup too. Prayers & Best
Wishes for both your babies. Liz & Buddy.

I almost had the big one tonight!!!!!!
We were eating dinner and Perry and Daisy were taking their natural spot down by our feet looking for cookies.

All of a sudden Perry ran like the wind up to the window and jumped up on the couch to bark at some kids going by, well right next to him was this streak of black also running like the wind and jumping up on the couch too. I sat there stunned, I couldn't believe my eyes, there was Daisy on her three legs going so fast I couldn't catch her. I have been so careful with her carrying her outside, then giving her exercise, then carrying her around.
Yes, she does have a stubborn streak in her and does what she pleases, and Thank God for that. LOL
We will be more careful tomorrow.
    Jackie
Sandra, by the way I loved the picture of Jingles and you.
