    Ruffles - don't mind me, just keep doing what you were doing.



    I'm just going to get a little more comfortable here while you are busy.

    This happens each and every morning after Dad finishes his breakfast and tries to read the newspaper!

    Sparkle: now that Sugar is around, you have to grab the cat perch when you can get it!



    Chestnut: yeah, the chair, too! That doggie sits in ALL our favorite seats.



    Cuddles: well, I'm taking over the bed pillows before Sugar gets back.

    Isn't that just like a cat? Plop down wherever you want, no matter what is going on. Just make sure YOU'RE comfortable!

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    Well, her first mom got her as a kit. And named the "little boy" Rupert.

    Time went by and Rupert learned "his" name. And it became time for "Rupert" to be neutered and get his shots and all that fun stuff. And the vet informed the lady that he couldn't neuter Rupert, but he COULD spay Ruffles!

    So the vet is really the one who named this kitty!
