    Introducing Jess and Mist

Ok, here are my two Border Collies. I'll post Jess's photos first. She loves chasing her ball still. Most of these were taken the other day, a few back in November. She was be 13 years old in 2 days.

    Changing direction

Keeping her eye on the ball

    Watching

Border collie stalk...you can see Mist in her jacket in the background.

She looks like she has a blue eye in this somehow. It just came out like that but it looks funky so I left it. I'd love a black and white border collie with blue eyes. I think they look stunning.

Love her face in this, lol.

Dogs stick their tongues out when concentrating too.

    Looking normal and soft...

Ok, here's Mist. She's not as photogenic now, especially in winter with her muddy coat on so I don't have as many phtos of her. I have many more on disc from before I upgraded my comp but can't be bothered to put them back on comp right now so these will have to do. Mist will be 15 at the end of April.

    Taken back in November.

    Another from November

    Watching our Jess.

    Yawning..lol

Taken the other day...wearing her weather proof coat.

    Thanks for the comments.

I have a canon eos 10D and used a 28-135 IS lens but I'm after a better lens now...when I can afford it. I'm not a pro but I want to combine photography with my art and use it for getting reference photos which is handy.

I have some other photos on Disc of our jess looking even more psychotic. Bad lighting made them a bit blurry and not as good quality though but I kept them simply because they were so funny. I might post them but make sure you aren't having a drink of anything at your keyboard when you look because you might spit it out, lol.

    Thanks everyone.

I love getting photos of Jess after her ball. I have loads.

I'll have to find out more photos I've taken previously that I don't have on comp right now.

You take lovely photos! You definitely know your subjects! They both look amazing, especially considering their age. Thanks for the introductions!
