What does your dog like to eat? *unusual ones*

I know Kiara loves her lemons

    Snowy likes apples

and for some reason.. pine cones

Don't worry, she doesn't really eat them but she is obsessed with them.
She must have them in her mouth when we go to the garden.

What are the unusual things that your dogs like to "eat"?
Please post some pictures as well if you have some.

More about her sweet-potatoe eating habits. LOL. She loves them, (raw) they're so hard. They're good for cleaning her teeth, too. She's spoiled, but I wouldn't have her any other way.

Not such an unusual thing to eat, but Zoee loves her carrots.

And she HAS to eat them on her bed.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Tango loves limes. That's about the only unusual thing that they eat I think. They do get an apple or a few baby carrots every so often aswell, but those aren't really unusual.

Tucker and Hannah simply must share in any apples and baby carrots too as well as bananas. Surprisingly the one fruit that Hannah turns her nose up at is pear, although Tucker loves it.

My dog, Princess, loved carrots. (Princess died about 25 years ago.) Nothing unusual about that, true. EXCEPT, she would raid the next door neighbor's garden, and pull them up herself! One at a time, usually only one per day. He used to go nuts, every day another carrot missing from his rows. He finally figured out it was our dog! (We didn't tell!) Then he found it easier to build something to keep "the raider" out of his garden!

My childhood dog, Lassie, a rough coat collie, loved to eat corn - right off the cob! She would lie down with the cob flat on the ground, put her front paws on top to hold it, and nibble along the row. Then she'd lift her rear end, roll the cob forward, settle down and nibble another row! We have home movies of her doing this, hilarious!!!

Visa LOVES Roma tomatoes. She'll eat them before she'd take any meat.

Both my girls eat leaves if they can get them without me seeing it. Daisy loves fruit but Delilah likes veggies. Neither of them will eat the opposite one except for carrots. Delilah has to be watched because she will grab an acorn in a heartbeat. I think they're poisonous so I don't let her keep them for long. Delilah will eat any plant she can get to before I see it also. Believe me, these two eat the weirdest things and possibly dangerous so I have to constantly keep my eyes on them.

Colbi will eat almost anything! Except anything sour or hot. Sometimes if we're out of doggie treats I'll give her a cracker

Yep, Kiki loves her lemons. She probably manages to eat one a day, despite me telling her NO!

Nala likes iceberg lettuce.. although it has no flavor and no nutritional value whatsoever. My girls both love any fruit or veggie. Nala goes crazy for egg shells.

Jackie thinks that everything *I* eat has to taste better than her food!!

She will eat apples and bananas~ raw carrot~( as well as cooked)~
I try not to make a Begger out of her

The abundance of Tasty Outdoor Morsels are another story~

Pine cones, leaves, bread placed underneath the pine trees for the birds , and of course, Rabbit droppings!!!!

She is always on a leash, and is getting used to the "No-No" word!!
Rest in Peace Corinna~ Well Never Forget You~

Lucky like sunflower seeds, and she eats them just like a person does ... first she licks the salt off, then she bites them, spits out the shells and eats the seed in the middle. She will end up with a neat little pile of discarded shells if you feed her enough.

Rosie wil eat ANYthing, seriously. Rocks, sticks, grass, leaves, ants, lint, dirt, seriously anything at all ... except toothpaste and crickets.

    Vanilla loves ice cubes.
