Lucy Inara's recovery *photos and video*

So after Lucy's Nov. 18th reguge incident, we left her alone for 10 days. Well, she must of known when her 10 days were up, because by the 28th, she was peering out her hide. To play it safe, we waited one more day and we fed her half a pinkie on the 29th.

On Sunday, Dec. 2nd, she rewarded us with a tiny poop and we were pleased to see her very active. While spot cleaning the poo, Andy held her and I took some photos and in turn he took a couple of videos of me holding her.

She has shown no hesitation in devouring the f/t pinkies and has been calm while we hold her. It's great to have the old Lucy back.

She got another half pinkie yesterday. We'll continue with the 1/2 pinkie feedings every 5 days as instructed by Kathy Love before moving her up to full pinkies again.

Thanks! It was totally my fault. I gave her two pinkies and it was too much for her to digest. So she urped them up and regugitation is hard on snakes, especially young ones.

So I'm super pleased that she bounced back the way she did.
