But sadly the shelters are filled with Cats at two or three who have not been taken care of, and need new homes.
At least with Chip and Dale, this will not happen.

With all these kittens lately on here I have a smile everyday! These babies sure are growing! I've bet you've had so much fun bottle feeding even though it is quite the chore! Too cute....
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
