Update on Sweetpea and her 5 babies.

First off, I just want to say that I am rushed for time today and how sorry I am that I don't have time to post on all the new threads, but I just wanted to give you a quick update.

I still can't believe that she had 5 babies. Talk about a shocker.

Sweetpea is such a good mommy. Barely out of kittenhood herself and here she is caring for 5 of them. She is only about 7-8 months old.
For those who think that one of the babies is an orangie, you're wrong. It is mostly white with circles of beige and black.
Two of them are mostly gray, one is gray & white and one has such nice markings of black & white.

Here are some more pictures for you to enjoy. Tomorrow I will have time to take individual pictures of them so you can see them better.

See the little gray one crawling above the others..TALK ABOUT A SCREAMER!

    SOOOO DARN CUTE!!!!

Don't go away, more to come in next post.

Look at those gorgeous markings on the widdle black & white one.

Doesn't the marking on its back look like a bird in flight???

Such a good mommy. I was so proud at how well she did.

    That's all for now folks.

You better go back asap and put a absolute cutness warning on this thread...

I am in a big puddle on the floor! All this cuteness and I have melted into one big puddle again!!! LOOK at all that PINK... Those widdle pawsies are PINK, PINK PINK!

You are RIGHT, that looks exactly like a bird in flight in that kittens fur. Isn't that amazing?

drip, drip, drip, drip as the rest of me melts.......

Wow! The kittens are just beautiful!!!
I absolutely adore the little black and white cutie.
I love kitties with unique markings on them, especially black and white kitties.
I'm so happy that Sweetpea did well with the delivery and that she has 5 healthy and adorable babies now.
    RIP sweet Samantha

    Such lucky widdle kittens!

Gosh RG, they are so darn cute. I am so happy that everything ran so smmooooothhhly for you and Sweet Pea.

It warms my heart to think about how healthy those kittens will be, since they are being brought up in a home rather than under a porch etc. and their chances of "getting diseases" and ear mites etc. are slim to done.

I wish you luck and hope that you have great success finding homes for the widdle wones.

    Keep thoses photos a-comin'!

What a lovely family you have Sweetpea! So much to be proud of with those 5 little ones. I am intrigued with the one with the apparently perfect circle of beige! Isn't Mother Nature something?!!!

OK I'm already in love with the tan and black spotted one! Can't wait for individual photos!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
