OK, several folks have asked for photos of my kitties. I only have a few right now. Once I get home (probably after Nov 1), I will get into my albums and pull some to post.

Here is Ruffles, age 15, having a nap in "the little house," as we call it. At Dad's house.

Here is Ebony, in my bedroom in my house, in the windowsill.

This is Vita in the backyard at my house. She loves to settle in the middle of a big clump of lilies. We are forever "losing" her and running around the house looking for her and calling her name.

And here is one of Vita on my bed at my home.

    More photos coming . . . .

This is Sparkle on the cat perch in my living room. Dad and I made this to fit the main front windows. The cats love it!

Sparkle and Ebony in the "home office." I am never alone when I am in there, paying bills, working on the desk top computer, filing paper work. My desk and chair are such that my right arm can rest on this cat perch.

Here is Chestnut in the living room on the long cat perch in the front windows.

    Still more coming . . .

Crystal loves to explore in the backyard. She starts near the shed -

Moves as something catches her eye -

And then she moves in on the bug -

    Closer, closer, -

And sits and smiles after she has eaten her "protein supplement!"

It has taken me THREE AND A HALF HOURS to do this! I MUST be doing something wrong!

THANK YOU! I appreciate your long hours doing this!!! But you did it so well, so hopefully next time it won't be as tedious for you!

All of your babies are just beautiful, but I am also partial to Chestnut, and I love the satisfied look on Crystal's face in that last pic!!! I think Ruffles is pretty too, well and Ebony is, and Vita reminds me of my Dexter ... heck, I love them all!

Very nice pictures and stories. I sure enjoyed this on a Friday afternoon!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
