Poppy :'(

We found Poppy's body today. Aside from it looking like he's been dead awhile nothing physically is noticable on him. We think maybe he was attacked by a raccoon or coyote or he was hit by a car and had the strength to run for a second, we found him across the streets in the woods.

R.I.P. Poppy, you were my baby boy! You definatly had personality and it made you so special, you were unique and that's why I loved you so. I'll always remember how you became my bathroom buddy and I could never go to the bathroom without you, how would stand guard over me in the bathtub, when I was upset or sick and would cry myself to sleep you were right next to me purring, how you were always in my lap or on top the comp. when I was on it, how even if I was only at school you treated me like you hadn't seen my in years and would happily kneed my shoulders as I said hello to you. I always thought you were my angel, now you really are. I love you Poppy and always will.

Hey sweetie. I miss you, it's been almost a whole year now and I've been thinking about you a lot lately. You know I named a kitten after you at the HS, he has your personality too. But of course PJ(Poppy Junior) is no you and never will be. Just wanted to tell you that I love you so much and not a day goes by I don't miss you. Bye my sweet Pops, I hope Max, Roy, Jack and everyone are doing wonderful up there.

Our first family kitty (after we had children) was also named Popi (spelled like that but sounds the same.) She was a female--part Siamese.

Lost our dear girl,Trey, NFC, a couple of weeks ago. She was with us 17 years after we lost Poppy(who was 12) and I still miss her and always will.

I hope Poppy and Popi and our others ones long gone are all playing with our, Trey, now on the other side of the rainbow bridge. We have had kitties in our house for 45 years now ever since we got married.

They are such precious creatures and stay all too short a time with us. The longest was "Spot" who lived to be 19.

My heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your sweet boy.
