My New Dog Neice! (1 picture)

My sister FINALLY got her dog. She's been trying to decide between a schnauzer and a dachshund for quite some time. She'd been looking at a schnauzer rescue, but she never really connected with any of the dogs.

Then she found Molly. I think she found her on Petfinder, I know she looks there a lot and she said she found her online. Anyway she met Molly and it was an instant connection. Molly is a 10 month old black and tan, long hair dachshund. She's been spayed and microchiped. She's up to date on all her shots and she's on heartworm preventive. The woman who owned her got really ill and could no longer care for her and a vet tech was fostering her. I haven't met her yet. I understand she's a good nurse though, my dad threw his back out and Molly laid with him the whole time my sister was at work today.

This isn't a great picture but it's the only one I have.

My sister sent me a couple more pictures of Molly. She's so cute.

My sister is head over heals in love with her. I have no doubt in my mind that Molly is going to be totally spoiled, she's going to have everything a dog could wish for.

Molly is darling. Her name fits her perfectly too. Can't wait to see more pics. I always see short haired doxie's around, but the long hair is gorgeous.

    I don't mind at all.
Does that happen with a lot of pictures you look at? Your moniter may be going bad. I can see mine just fine, but I can hardly see the ones you've lightened. They're too light, they look ghostly.

    Kblaix,
There's are brightness buttons on most monitors i think, and while i do tend to keep mine dimmed a bit, i can see Molly a bit better in the ones I lightened. Granted the overall pic is not great, i'm still a novice. I had just read your thread today, and read what you wrote on the first post about, *not great picture*, might mean that you couldn't see detail or whatnot on the dog. Yeah the backgrounds are way too bright on the lightened ones.
While i know how to fix that with old fashioned photographic processing, i'm not so good with digital.
