    What did I do!?!?

    All I did was start drawing over top of a picture of Mickey in PSP with the paint brush and something happened.

    I know it's bad, but I thought I'd show anyway. I've always wanted to learn how to do digital art, but I couldn't find any tutorials so I just used the paint brush. I've never done this before. It's no where near good, but ehh..

    Well it looks like vexelling (true vectoring is near impossible to do using photoshop lol). Or something to do with.... I forget the name, the histogram or levels or something. I've done something similar before too just messing around... but of course forgot how I did it. That's how it always happens LOL
