Jonah turned two last Thursday, and we celebrated by going to see Thomas the Tank Engine on Friday with Grammy. It was a huge hit with Jones, though the waiting wasn't great. He kept trying to scoot the train forward while we were waiting for them to get things ready.

Really hard to believe my son is 2!!! He says about 50 or so words, but, typically boy, isn't really that articulate. We spend alot of time playing trains, watching trains, looking for trains, and running out trains into the cats.

He starts a co-op preschool this week. 2 mornings a week, with Grammy, which makes the whole experience easier for me, tee hee hee. She has said, "well, he can't go to school with his grammy forever...", and I can't think of a single reason why not! (joke, joke, but, I am a little odd with him being with a 'stranger').

Here he is, in all his toddler splendor.

Then, we had a small celebration, with a Thomas cake, and cousin Sam in attendance!

Sam and Jonah playing in the pop up Thomas tent (yeah, all Thomas, all the time ).

And, here is a shot of Jonah with his 'new' haircut. I *hate* it. Next time, I will know to say, "just a little off the top, please".

Thanks for looking!!
