    Tower of Tabbies!

Ok folks, it looks like some good stuff IS finally happening for me!

Look what I got for FREE tonight!

Here's the tower of tabbies. Of course Pouncer ruined a picture perfect moment by teasing Abby

I guess their snuggling was a one time fluke!

This was free, and I really can't explain how it was free. I will admit I had to dumpster dive to get it. It is new, but not new... I'll leave it at that for now

    Awesome! What a good find!

I would love to get a cat tree but I am waiting until we figure out where we want to live permanently. I want that big elaborate one out of Foster and Smiths.

    Great find
Our nameless pet store up in Florence KY at one time (they still may) were not allowing dumpster diving. It's so sad because the rescue group that has animals up for adoption there sure could use some of those broken bags of food that they just toss in the dumpster, or the torn cat beds, etc etc. Instead the store tosses in dumpster and rescue people were told NOT to dumpster dive anymore or they would loose their spot at the store.
I'll have to ask next time we are up there if they lifted the "no dive" rule.
They did have some stupid managers up there at one time who thought through away was better than giving away.

Wow Kim, what a fabulous tower of Tabbies.

It is in perfect condition -- if you ignore the dog pee on the base someone's dog peed on it! LOL. I just used my steam cleaner on it and its all better.

Great find. It looks just like new to me and I'm glad you were able to clean up the dog pee. The cats sure love it.

Excellent, a shrewd find! Unfortunately the local pets at home by me is about 6 miles away on a retail park so I can't look in bins and skips! Doh
That is so wrong that they won't give broken bags of food and things to rescue centres. why ever not? Waste not want not.
It's the same with people all these big food stores like Tescos and Asda's never give the food they throw away out, they could give it to homeless people, that's what they should do with it, instead it gets thrown away, it sickens me to think of all the homeless and starving people there are in the world and these big companies throw mountains of food away.
They should let the animals and the people have the left overs. It's disgusting.

What a great find! I have been known to dumpster dive when I spot someting worthwhile. Looks like the kitties don't care where it came from.. Can you imagine someone being to silly to clean it so they throw it away!

All that was wrong with it was some silly dog pee....I too would have dived for it. Simple cleaning and it's brand spanking new. Looks like the tabbies are enjoying it.
