Muffin's, Louise's & Emma's day, so far...

in their own words, here's what their day has been like up til now

Hello! Muffin here....I have seniority here so I am speaking first.
as usual, I woke my human up at 6 AM...sometimes I am nice and let her sleep til as late as 8:30, but I like the early mornings so this does not happen often. well we went outside, on the patio and backyard, I watched her water the plants and flowers, then when she looked away from me for that split-second that I was waiting for.....I was off in a flash, in a neighbors yard.
but she found me and came over the fence after me! (hehe the other day I hid under the barbeque, and just looked at her while she called and called me...hey, she should see me, I was just right there!)
she said I am not going to be going outside anymore if I keep doing that, but, I know better. all I have to do is meow and look at her....
okay going over the fence was pushing it, I will stay in our yard, but hiding from her is still fun, watching her while she looks around, wondering where I could have gone in a 1/4 of a second, hehehe
that was the fun part of the day... being out there, then I got to explore the garage! THAT is always FUN.
then I was brought in against my will.
and there they were, those 2 other cats that my human calls my sisters. but they are NOT my sisters, well maybe step sisters or something. I do not like those two, they run and play with each other, and even run after me, they CHASE me but when I try to play with THEM, oh then they hiss and growl. the big babies! besides, I don't have anyone to play with well I got back at them or Emma anyway... yesterday Mom tried letting Emma out to MY yard, so I ran after her, chased her back inside then around the house, and I was not playing this time!! I scared the daylights out of them both, hahaha but then I got in a little trouble, just a little since my mom knows that, that was my last place to call my own, and when she invaded it, it was too much for me, after all I have been sharing my favorite
chair, and even my spot on the window! its just more than a cat can stand sometimes! well , ok bye now. I am going behind the computer to sleep.

today I went outside, just a few steps, for the first time! I just sat in the open doorway for a long time, its a scary place out there, specially when that bigger cat Muffin is around... do you know the other day she chased my sister all around just because she was on the patio??:
it was awful, I was terrified and she was so mean! but...today.. I was ok, and it was fun out there, but still I was a little nervous. Emma is bwave, very bwave, she went all around the patio!! I wuv my sister Emma, and I cry for her when I don't see her, then she finds me and I stop. ok my human says I have to
tell about just today...well that is bout it, except--Muffin LIED! ohh, it is not true about us taking all her good spots... she will not let us up on the top of the china cabinet, I got up there one day and I thought she was going to bite me!! I was so frightened that I hid for the afternoon. well thats it, oh yeah I got canned food TWICE today!

okay now its my turn, its me, Emma. today I got to go outside and I didnt get chased by that big bully Muffin... she THINKS she owns the whole outdoors! can u booweeve that??
I chased a bug, got to smell some different things, it was really cool. we got fed that new flavor of food 2 times cause I told Lu to ask for it it again, she seems to get her way when she does that whiney meow(don't tell her I said that) Lu is always going to be the "baby", so I tell her to meow and ask for stuff, and it usually works... hehe then I come prancing into the room and there it is!

Ok, Tubby here . Not much to report from this part of the world. My mean mom and dad left us all alone Sunday and aaaaallll day Monday too. They seem to be doing that a lot ever since they bought that really big thing with the motor. Mom took me in it twice. It was kinda neat, but it didn't seem like home because my sister, Peanut, wasn't there. Anyway, so we were home alone all weekend, then mom had to go to work again today, so here we sit, all alone, again. It gets really boring around here when they're not home. So when mom finally does come home I follow her around and beg her to pick me up while she's unpacking. If I complain enough she'll eventually do it, but she says it's hard to get anything done with me hanging over her shoulder. I don't care because I deserve to be petted and paid attention to after being alone all weekend. At least she took most of the paper off the back windows so we can see what's going on in the back yard now. Well, I think it's time for a nap so I'll let Peanut take over now.

Hi everybody, Peanut here . Yeah, Tubby's right, not much to do around here when mommy and daddy are gone. Not only that but there's nobody to give me those tasty little tidbits that come out of the bag that crackles. I can't get it open myself so I have to eat plain ol' cat food while they're gone. Since mom has been giving me my medicine, Tubby has been leaving me alone for the most part. He came over to lick my head this morning, and I let him for a bit, but he gets kind of rough so I only let him get a few licks in and then I swat him to tell him to go away and leave me alone. I don't like it when my daddy's not home working. There's nobody for me to help so I have to sit at the back window and look at the birds in the backyard. But that's only fun for awhile because I can't chase them. Mommy said she would be home tonight after work, so I'm just sitting here waiting for her. I was so happy when she finally got home last night. I jumped up on the bed and let her rub my tummy. Then that big old attention hog of a brother of mine came in whining and wanted to be picked up so mom picked him up and started ignoring me. He always gets all the attention. I know mom tries to give me attention too, but I'm not going to go up on the couch by her because then Tubby will get jealous and start chasing me away. He's so mean sometimes. Well, I gotta go too and take a quick nap before mom gets home from work. That way I'll be awake when Tubby has to take another nap so maybe I can get some scritchies on my chin tonight from mommy. She knows I like that. Tubby is looking too comfortable over there and he's starting to make me tired too. I'll have to talk to you guys later. I can't hardly keep my eyes open now. See you!
