Lilly gave me goosebumps

I was downloading a few new pictures last night and truly thought I saw Zipper in the thumbnails! It was Lilly, of course, as I don't have pictures of Zipper left on my camera. For those of you who don't know me, Zipper passed away in May of this year from cancer.

Lilly girl, you are too young to be sporting those premature white hair, but your golden smile is a giveaway to your zestful spirit.

Logan, I know there are huge holes in your heart for both Zipper and Mimi. Trust me, you will never think about them any less than you do now. They will always be part of your life and it is okay to let them be.

Yes Logan, I also feel "spooky" vibes once in a great while. I noticed where Foxy Jean dug the carpeting in our guest room this morning, while I was hunting for something there. I also found some of her hair , as well as a foot her foot print ( guest room closet door was removed when we recarpeted that room)

In looking at the two pictures, I see exactly what you mean.Even though
they are gone, we never completely forget them. I'll bet your heart skipped
a beat or two. RIP Zipper.
