    I, too, love it when a cat will sleep in my arms. Americus, if you ever need to be cuddled and loved more than you already are, just come on down!!!

    Awwwww, another cutie pie of a kitten. We are really in kitten overload here at Pet Talk, and I want one!!! Americus, you sound like a little sweetheart when you're cuddling, and your teddy bear looks almost bigger than you are! Although I'm sure that's not the case anymore since such little kitties tend to grow so fast. Snuggles to you on your special day as COTD!

    This morning I was awakened by a tail dangling from a black cat sitting in the window sill, gently brushing across my face. I lifted my head, looked out that window and saw that the sky was blue and the sun shining.

    "It is a good day," I said to myself, "to go out and look for America."

    First, though, I figured I had better check and see just who had been named, "Cat of the Day."

    And I found "Americus."

    And how beautiful Americus is.
