    share your flowers! **pictures**

I love decorating with flowers. I haven't really had the chance in awhile because of the cost. It's not that expensive, but, too much for me right now. I did buy some red carnations last night for $2 to try something out. It turned out really cool, and, I took some pictures. I want to share them, and, I will, but, for now, our computer is down and I'm using the lap top. I'm not able to get the pictures from the camera, just yet. But, I wondered if anyone else has photos of the flowers in their homes. Flowers outdoors are awesome, too, but, I'm mostly curious to see your gardens, not necessarily wildflowers. Heck, those would be cool, too...Anyway, share away. Because flowers have a way of brightening up the room, and, your day! I'll post pictures, too, as soon as I can!

Yay, I can finally share the pictures of the flowers I put on our dining room table. The pictures aren't great, but, I really thought the flowers looked cool! I'd love to see some of your flower arrangements and/or flowers in nature! We always have so many great ones taken, it'd be nice to be able to see them in one thread. But, even if that doesn't happen, I hope someone checks mine out!

Wow Kari, your flowers are beautiful!! I'd share pictures of our gardens, but at the moment, I am a little ashamed of them. We have a couple bigger gardens, but we are sort of in a drought, so we dont have a lot of blooming flowers, only a few, so the gardens look pretty sad. But, as soon as they start to bloom, I'll be sure to add them to this thread!

WOW! You flowers are beautiful. I now have flower envy!!

Here are a couple of flowers that bloomed in my yard; a peony and an iris.
I had lots of lilacs too.

Thanks guys! They were only $2! But, they lived for over a month in that shallow dish, it's finally time to toss them out, though. I bought a little book on flower decorating, and, they had so many cool ideas, I can't wait to try some of them out!

    I really like the peony!

    Thanks !
The peony is one of my favorite pics. I use it as wallpaper on my computer lots of times.

Here is a pic of some jonquils I put in a vase in my green room to get a pic of. If nothing else, they can serve as an example on how NOT to arrange flowers!

Connie, I especially love your Peony!!! What a beautiful color! I have six, but they are all white, just two different varieties.

I don't have a picture of them here at the office, but I'll try to post some tonight from home.

Cool idea with the carnations, Kari!

We hosted some Scouts from Scotland this past week and they gave my mom some flowers, I thought that they were really pretty.
