crime in my kitchen last night! ;)

I heard a noise from my kitchen last night, something like a bang!

When I went looking, I found this:

Luna threw down the jar with the Hill's Oral Care, the lid fell off, so she was happily eating!

Taking good care of her teeth, I see!

And she looks SOO hungry...I am counting her ribs....er, trying to...er, ONE....ok, ONE BIG rib!

She looks so happy and content munching away!

    She is SO beautiful!

You must have had a small earthquake, the tin fell and Luna was just picking up the pieces that fell on the floor.
At least I think thats the story I hear from JJJ3 when the Whiskas Temptations are on the floor.

No, wait.... a BURGLAR, that's right, a burglar broke in the house and knocked over the jar! Your cat drove him away with a few well-placed scratches, and then started to clean up the mess he left....

Well, that's what COULD have happened!

And if I'm lying, I hope lightning strikes me!

Crime in my kitchen last night

There's a very simple answer to this, Kirsten. Luna just got an attack of the midnight munchies and didn't want to wake you up to feed her.

LOL Yes I agree that Luna's just brushing her teeth.

If my cats could do this they would. Ever since Sky tore open a bag of food I now use the plastic food containers that you can buy at any pet store. The lids stay on very tightly so even if they knock them over, which they've done many times, the lids will stay on.

It wasn't Luna, mommy, it was the dog!!

This happens here all the time since Snoopy is with us! Yesterday I caught her running away with a steak . It was still wrapped in paper, and I had put it on the counter, ready to be baked 5 minutes later.... !

Nah, the wind just knocked it off of the counter and Luna was being a good girl, trying to clean up the mess! What a thoughtful kitty she is!!

Oh Luna, what a good girl you are! If only my kitties could do that too instead of waking me up at 5:00 am because they want more food in their plate
