Well, I thought some Simba & Nala pictures needed to be shared and they got their very first ever raw meal today. I'm not sure how often I'll be doing this but I wanted to see how they'd react.
They each got a filet of trout with carrot, banana, & tomato puree. A home-made dog treat crumbled on top.
Took them outside by the pool so they didn't make a mess inside.
Waiting for the "okay"....
Chow time!
All three licked the puree off. It was funny to watch their reactions to the fish.
Nala gobbled her's down right away. Simba sorta nudged it around and then chewed it nicely. Kiara refused touch it, then started putting it in her mouth and spitting it back out. All three did end up finishing their meals, though, and cleaned eachother's bowls.
Mmm!
