Nope. There's nothing in the world I'd want printed on my body for the rest of my life.... And I get grossed out seeing old people with saggy, old tattoo's.

Don't have one, but want one.

I'll be getting Simba's paw print - ink on paper print for the artist to copy - probably on my arm. I may get the girl's too, eventually.

My friend Laurie just got all three of her kid's baby footprints on her arm. It's really nice and personal IMO.

I really don't think I would ever get one. I too have seen too many old people with them and they look dreadful. To each his/her own.

I want one, but I have to wait until I'm older. For my wedding ring I want to get a tattooed one instead of an actual ring. I would also like a few smaller ones on my arm(s) and back, possibly ankles.

I love them. I have a sun on one shoulder, moon on the other shoulder, and a butterfly on my ankle.

    That's a VERY good idea!!
I have one planned of Niño that my parents said they'd get for me when I turn 18, because I have wanted it since I was 14 and it hasn't changed in my mind, even though I have been so indescisive. I want his head on top of a cursive N, with the words "Heart and Soul" above it and "Niño" bellow it. I want the text to look similar to the font Tempus Sans. I want it in black and grey and I will require the artist to meet Niño and I before and as he/she sketches it so he/she can see the bond. I want it on the top of my foot facing me.

I have a few others planned as well. My mom thinks they look trashy but I think they are a part of your body, of you, if you choose to get one. I hate when dress codes include "no visible tatoos"

Well that's usually because some people can have tattoos that others will find offensive, and that would reflect upon the company you work for not you as an individual. That's like if I were to rob a bank wearing my PetCo work shirt, it would give PetCo a bad name, you know?

There was a guy I used to work with who had a tattoo of a dead bird on his forearm. He had to cover it up at work every day for obvious reasons (this was at PetCo... lol).

Anyway I think tattoos are fine so long as they are tasteful and have MEANING behind them. I can't stand it when people are plastered with tattoos of their favorite bands and stuff. Its so... I don't know, I think it looks trashy then. But something small, tasteful, and has MEANING behind it and I find those fascinating.

well, I agree about that, but when it's a tribute to your cat (like I saw on some guy the other day) you shouldn't have to cover it up.

I agree with that wholeheartedly, but it doesn't matter the message in most cases its how the other party perceives it, and as crazy as it sounds, some find all tattoos offensive, so the companies have to protect their "image".

I do not like the look, especially big ones. Small ones can be cute sometimes, depending on what it is and where it is. I never want a tattoo.

I dont have one yet, but I am getting Happy and Misty tatooed on my back, I would like to design a tatoo so that I can add dogs, like have Happy and Mistys faces now, but I would like to be able to add the faces of futire dogs as well

my dad got me into tatooes, he has like 10 at least lol

you can see some of them here:

on one arm he has the family crest and and celtic cross, on the other arm he has a flaming dove, and an muscled arm breaking a chain, on his chest he has marvin the martian, and a heart looking at a hole in itself, on his legs he has a compase(the big colourful one in the pic), a silloette of a man running against a maple leaf, and the logo for the death race. on his back he has a a scripture verse about running tattooed in an arch. he might have more now for all I know lol my dad is an "old guy" by the way, that pic is from his 50th birthday lol

I have a dragon and plan on getting alot more tattoos - when I can afford it. My tattoo took just over an hour and costed me over $100! I REALLY want a half sleeve, on my arm with the dragon. I am going to draw my own tattoos next time though.
