really I have never heard of that.![]()
Mine did too. Unfortunately we had to keep filling it up several times a day. After about 4 weeks of use we now only have to fill it up twice a day. Keep it wet...that's the key to a sucessful Doggie Dooley.
i was gonna buy one of those, but it gets too cold here.

Is it cold as in the air or does your ground get below 40 degrees? The dooleys go as far as two feet down in the ground so we are pretty safe. Rarely does our ground freeze more than a couple of inches.Originally Posted by lute
I am DEFINITELY making a homemade one when I get my house!
this is what I found on home made ones. I didn't think I could fit a trash can in my car so I bought the expensive dooley lol. All it is is a plastic box lol. The homemade one looks better. As far as having it work right. There are some old recycle plastic boxes down the street no one is using. I might go down there and snatch one up. And cut out a hole. I'll have to get a hey hold saw tho. Or maybe I'll just get a plastic pipe and stick it in there.

You're about a little more north, if not as north, as St. Louis, and our grounds are fine. Unless you are REALLY far north, but as far as this map I'm looking at shows... you would be fine.Originally Posted by lute
