Has she checked all the local shelters and rescue groups around where she lives? Tell her to go to Petfinder.com and put in her zip code.

that is what i did and they are older then what she wants.. I don't know why she wants a kitten
She's a ding dong soemtimes.. lol
and the rescue's i checked out had no kittens she wants a purebred for some stupid reason

She wants a Pure Bred Kitten from a Shelter.
About 6 Months old.

I would say from the shelters that I have been to that thats rare.
But there are some Wonderful Cats 18 Months to Two Years Old that would be much better for a home with Two Young Children.
And some are Pure Bred Cats.
