Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven't been here for a while to offer support and friendship to those of you who need it and to share in the pleasure we take in one another's furbabies.
I've been caught up in some very stressful personal stuff which now seems to be coming to a close, thankfully resolved in my favour and for the good of everyone involved and that has taken so much of my time and energy and been the cause of much anguish.
Meanwhile I am doing all I can to help my dear Cleo enjoy the best quality of life she can as she moves through the inevitable stages of CRF. She is now on fluids twice weekly. She is eating well and her coat looks good and her eyes are bright. Energy is pretty good too and she enjoys cuddles with me and with her "sister" Colette. Now this other thing is pretty much resolved I can focus more fully on her.
I feel exhausted and today I just rested in bed or in my chair under a pile of cats. The only time I moved was to eat. I am really drained and it is an effort to read much on the forums I subscribe to and just don't have the energy to respond, can't really get my head around it.
Sorry everyone but my thoughts are with you and your beloved pussycats I just need to rein in my energies right now.
