New Drawing...

I know I haven't shared many of my drawings lately, I've mostly been practicing and not finishing anything. For some reason, I was inspired today, and decided to draw a cougar. I spent like, 4342838789742342 hours doing the shading on the cat (I'm never satisfied) and like, 5 seconds on the background, so excuse how crappy it looks. haha. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Don't know if I'm making him into a character yet. (I'm also thinking his outline looks too dark. Might change that.)
