    To die for...

I just made this pie that is to die for- it is so yummy! It is called a Toll House Pie

You make a 9 inch pie crust and put it in a pie plate, uncooked. Beat two eggs until foamy. Add 1/2 cup each of flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well blended. Blend in 1/2 cup melted and cooled butter. Stir in a cup of chocolate chips and (optional) walnuts. Pour batter into pie crust and bake for 1 hr at 325 degrees. Serve warm with whiiped cream or ice cream.

It looks like a choc. chip cookie in a pie crust but when you cut into it, is all gooey and warm and chocolatly- I think I just found myself a new addiciton!

Sounds deadly! I'll have to try it sometime - maybe the next "pot luck" event I'll go to - that way I wouldn't have to eat the whole thing myself!!!

    WOW!

I baked this recipe this morning, only added a big cupful of PECANS

This is just wonderful!! I will repeat this recipe for sure. Now when the kids (usually Christine) ask "Anything chocolate mom?" - I will fix this one

That sounds downright dangerous!! I'll have to try that!
