    Contractors get younger and younger!

We're doing a lot of work around the house and have to rely on cheap labor. But this is getting ridiculous.... they keep sending over these young guys to do the work.

He's doing an awesome job -- look at how neatly he paints!

And he works well around Callie - keeps her in line and out of the wet paint

And he knows how to work a hammer and chisel to remove old tile floors

Of course he has ALL the tools to do the job right

But I guess with what we're paying, he's perfect! How many other contractors will work for hugs and matchbox cars?

As long as he doesn't try to double bill like my last contractor tried to, he's hired.

Very sweet! He is way more qualified than the guy I hired to put on my addition.
