Just when I thought all the tests were finally done

I had blood taken, all was well except my iron is too low (nothing new).
Had an ultra sound, all is good there (finally!!)
Had a full physical today, so far all is well, just have to wait for the lab results.
She checked my weight & hight, did some math & told me I was Obese *cries*. I'm 20p heavier then I thought I was. I'm 180p & well really short. Shes mostly worried about my weight gain, as last year I was 150p & 7yrs ago I was 130p (thats my healthy weight).
Besides eatting too much potatos & processed foods, we eat fairly well, not great, but well... I think I know whats going on & why I gaines all this weight in only several months.
Robs parents were heavy chain smokers & well I litterly became a smoker with all the smoke in the house (it was always cloudy in there). & now I'm nowhere near smokers. I read that people who quit smoking tend to eat a lot more food, so ya.. I was never a big eatter, unless eating out for Pizza, but now I can put down a lot
I've already switched what I eat at lunch to be rice, with random veggies & spices (I made a chilli rice for this week). I also plan to buy some vitamin & mineral pills to help with my Iron issue, as no matter how much greens & red meats I eat its still getting worse.
Wish me luck, I don't think this will be too hard, but its keeping it up thats hard (not snacking).
