    What is the best breed of dog you've ever had?

    For me, I've had beagles and border collies, and border collies are the best!! I love 'em...my last Border, Bandit, was a GREAT dog, and my best friend. Blaze is awesome too. So...what is the best breed of dog you've ever had, (or owned)?

    I have had mixes, Jacks, pyrsheps, and border collies, the best is definatly BORDER COLLIES!

    hummmm this is a toughie. Love my Collies, but Maddie was my soul mate dog and Murph is about the best behaved dog ever and still has a zest for life at 14. So gonna go with Cairn Terriers.

    I've had a poodle, schnauzer, and siberian husky. Siberian huskies are the best for me.

    I had a schnauzer for 16 years and she was beyond perfect...(or pawfect, I should say!)
    Now I have a yorkie poo...and hoping I will have at least that many years with her too..

    My all time favortite breed is the akita!!! i have had 4 of them and i am only 13 yrs old! they are the greatest! but i also love Labs and my puppy i have now is a Lab, Pointer, ??? mix i love her because she has so many wonderful breed characteristics! i love it! hahaha but the akitas have def. been the most loyal dogs i have ever owned!

    In my life so far I've had a Dachshund, Aussie, Collie and a Golden Retriever, and I'd have to say Golden Retrievers are my best fit.

    All of my dogs!

    My RB Beagle and Dalmation were my only purebred dogs,and they were both wonderful breeds,both that i would get again.And of course,mutts!
