I would love to see a picture of "your" Akita.
I have a smaller cousin of the Akita, the Shiba Inu, and I think Akitas are stunning creatures.

my neighbors have a male akita named Sam. he is a brindle pinto akita, he is soooo beautiful. but i don't have any pics of him.

they moved before i could get some digital pics.

I don't own one, but I do like the breed. It has been suggested that my BC x has got Akita in her, what do u think? U can see a pic of her here:

She is 18-19 in. at the withers and somewhere between 45-50 lbs.
