Dearest Bob, what a beauty you are, a gorgeous, fluffy Persian-mix guy! That Tuxedo-colored fur looks so soft and luxurious, complete with those cute white gloves. And what a sweet face you have, with the long, LOOOOONG white whiskers and eyebrows, and the cute little two-tone nose, and those lovely big eyes. I love those great photographs, and thank you for sharing them with us. I wish I could reach through the screen to Walnut Creek, CA to pet you, and pet your kitty housemate, too. I can't, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you both for me .
And what a story of love and survival you have to tell! Six years ago you came down with Idiopathic Chylothorax, which few cats survive. You and your dear Purrrsons did not give up, though. You recovered and are doing great now, and you hope your story will inspire other cat owners not to give up if faced with this, as recovery is possible.
What a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You're fluffy, kind, and loving, a good big brother to your kitty housemate. You're a purr bucket, happy to be alive, and you and your dear kitty pal and Purrrsons all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Bob, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your kitty pal and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
