I saw the shopping monkey on the news last night. How did he come to be wearing a coat; is he someone's pet? And how did he get away from his person and into the store by himself?

They said he was someone's illegal pet - you need to have a license to own a monkey, and they did not. They had left him in the car, but being a monkey, he escaped and went into the store looking for them!
