    Steve the Brave

Hi Steve girl, I just cannot believe I am the first to congratulate you. Your videos gave me a big smile. It is so wonderful to see how you enjoy your environment- especially the green grass I wonder whether that song was made just for you- you seem to have very caring purrents.
And you are so pretty- we have here a very soft spot for grey and white kitties.
Have a wonderful time enjoying your life- we send lots of cuddles and nosekissies

Steve has brought a lot of joy to the people she has met--her independent attitude and constant silliness bring a sense of optimism to those around her. She never gives up, she has the idea that she can do anything any other cat can do, and she can! She gets along great with the other pets (despite some constant harassment towards the eldest cat of the household, Oreo) and does fantastic with adapting to new environments. She's a little explorer and everything that defines "cat". ... We are glad she is here every day.
Ohhhh, sweet Stevie! Barbara is right -- we have a very soft spot for grey and white kitties!

What a confident girl you are, zooming through the leaves! I have learned so much about CH from Pet Talk's CH kitties and their parents. your extra-special person takes such wonderful, loving care of you! I would love to give you a great big hug today - perhaps your person will give you one for me? Happy Cat of the Day to you, brave Stevie!
Yikes! I've been Boo'd ... right off of the stage!
Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

"That's the power of kittens (and puppies too, of course): They can reduce us to quivering masses of Jell-O in about two seconds flat and make us like it. Good thing they don't have opposable thumbs or they'd surely have taken over the world by now." -- Paul Lukas

    Supergirl Steve!!!

Love the pics ... love the videos ... you look like a "normal" cat to me, with even more energy than some and lots of space to take advantage of it. But I guess you're "special" - then again aren't all kitties "special" - one way or another? You go grrl!

Dearest Lady Stevie Bobby, what a fine example of a Cerebellar Hypoplasia kitty you are! You are so beautiful and so gallant! We love your videos. You don't let anything stop you, do you! You are such a pretty girl with such a sweet face, too.

Thank you to Steve's Purrrrsons for helping to spread the word about these wonderful animals and what great pets and companions they make! We hope you will join Pet Talk and contribute to the many discussions that take place here on the subject. (There is one going on right now about a new children's book about a CH kitty!)

Our family includes two CH boys, Elmer and Bob. I first learned about CH here on Pet Talk from a wonderful member named Laura and her CH girl Amy, which was how I came to adopt Elmer and Bob when I learned each was looking for a new home.

Congratulations, darling Steve, on being selected today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and Oreo and your other family members of whatever species are all enjoying a wonderful day of celebration, full of fun and lovies and lots of your favorite treats. YOU GO, GIRL.. YOU ROCK!!!!!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
"Cats," he said eventually. "Cats are nice."
