I had the rare opportunity to personally meet the "tuxedo tribe" on a recent business trip that took me through Cincinnati. I was in HEAVEN!

Actually, I read about these on the internet and it sounds very feasible , apparently kitties hold little fat cells around their tummies (kind of like mommy cat, too(me))- there is no tenderness...

We always try to make sure we check Ritzy over when we pet and play with her....today we found a soft "lump" about the size of a dime just under her rib cage on her tummy....it does not seem to...

Hugs and God's speed to all - this is just so sad, but sounds like there has been a little peace given from the pain...sweet little soul, this just makes tears come.

I'm more shocked that there is a vet out there actually SUGGESTING hitting a cat with anything, even a newspaper.

Anyone who understands or has come to understand cats knows this just flat out...
