Is a no grain cat food good for a diabetic cat? Does anyone have a recommendation for a good No Grain cat food that doesn't have to be bought at the vet?:)

My maine coon is diabetic and he gets 4 units of insulin twice daily along with eatting purina DM wet and dry food. Right now he has diarrhea and I really don't know what to do for him. Help Please.
