There are warnings on some of the equipment I work on that has something to do with "turning off motors prior to changing belt"

The filter media is an excellent idea, as long as it is maintained.

There may be an issue with the defrost time clock causing the ice build up. Normally a plugged condenser coil/area won't cause...

Before I went to "Mac's" I used the AVG software and did not run in to problems.

I think we hit around 106*F today. Our humidity is up for Arizona, monsoon season!!
