It's so sad.He is the nicest sweetest guy you could meet, only 53.
He is married to my husband's sister Mary.
Mary got so upset her blood pressure went up to 300 with severe chest pains. So while Bob was being sent home to die...Mary was going IN to get herself help before she got really sick.
Now she is home with her husband...Mary is doing fine now.
Bob needs our prayers for his passing to be pain free and God speed to heaven. :( :(
Prayers and hugs for Bob and Mary. How horribly unfair that this happened...!
May his passing be peaceful...and Mary is blessed having family near at this time.
Tomorrow (Tuesday) Jonah is going to have sir jury to remove his tonsils and adnoids. A few prayers, please, for him, and for the surgeon, Dr. Rutter.
He is so young (3), and I am so scared. :(
Thanks,
Johanna
Hiya!
Well, I don't know if there are any rules about this.. like, I am new.. so I don't want to seem selfish by asking for prayers/wishes/good vibes..:(
But Um, I am actually really really sick and I'd like to get better, and start going to school more(not skipping.. sick days)
Thanks:)

Thanks so much!

Jo, prayers are being offered for Jonah - no one wants to see their baby in any pain. He's young, healthy and will be better off after the surgery - it is just going to take its toll on you!!
No one ever needs to feel as though their prayer need is less than anyone elses. All of us need prayers from time to time.
Jo, best wishes for Jonah...Mommies and their love, plus some ice cream ;) , will help the owies a bit.
{{{{hugs}}}}

It's been 6 months since my brother has been in jail. For more information please go back in this thread as it's hard to type it all out again. :( The holidays are coming and pretty much will be miserable. I dread the holidays. I put on a fake face to get through. We don't know anymore information than we did months ago. He has been sentenced and for him to still be sitting in there seems a bit strange. Either way the judicial system sucks and so do the holidays. And my job is stressing me out and I feel blah about it. Also had an abnormal pap which resulted in a colposcopy and biopsy. Follow up appt for the biopsy results in 2 weeks. Dr. doesn't think it's a huge deal, doesn't think they are the high grade lesions the pap smear said they were. Ah, this time of year is supposed to be so joyous........yeah sure. :(
A few nice thoughts would be appreacited if anyone has any left.

We are making it, but, let's just say it is a good idea I took the whole week off. :(
Thanks for the prayers.
Johanna, I hope that every day will get a bit easier. Tonsilectomy is not an easy surgery at any age. Helen had it at 10 and although she was old enough to understand what was going on, the poor little girl was miserable for a week. Day 5 was the worst, if I remember correctly, and it was right on schedule as they told us that would be the worst day.
Jonah, and everyone else mentioned will be in my prayers. I sure am glad that God is organized and knows who and what we mean as it is so hard to list everything that we are hoping and praying for.
I have a family member that was diagnosed with ALS week before last, after a lot of misdiagnosis. Please keep her in your prayers, too.
