Yuri is dying.

My sister's 7 year old male Bengal cat is dying of kidney diase. His kidney's are shutting down. His attatude is great happy go lucky and slowly losing weight . he was 15,then 9,then7 and now 5 .pounds :(

What a sad message to read. It's always heartbreaking to see the ones we love so much deteriorating and nothing can be done to stop it. I'm hoping Yuri is kept comfortable and warm and most of all, being loved by those who care for him.

Yuri 's spirit is wonderful. He is warm and nhappy and eats good but for a cat who once was 15 pounds and now 5 pounds it is upsetting. He is skin and bones and we handle him so carefully and let him do what ever he wants.
