I'm a total country girl, so, I'm probably in the minority here, but anyway ...
Dierks Bentley
Lee Ann Rimes
Rascal Flatts
Martina McBride
Faith Hill
Tim McGraw, especially the stuff from the middle of his career
Garth Brooks
Shania Twain's OLD stuff that was actually country
Brad Paisley
Dixie Chicks
Gretchen Wilson
Keith Urban, usually, although he's turning quite poppish
Gary Allan
Craig Morgan
Phil Vassar
Kenny Chesney
Billy Ray Cyrus LOL "Achey Breakey Heart" :D
Billy Dean ... I think that's his name but I'm having a total brain fart right now. He grew up in the city next to me! Okay, not that exciting ... but he still does local commercials so I see that country boy on the TV all the time sayin' "Come on over to Dodge" or whatever he supports haha
My none-country music:
John Mayer
Alanis Morisette's cd with the "Hands in my Pocket" and "Ironic" etc. That was when she was awesome!
Most of 90's pop/rock songs
Most of the 50s-70s music
And a lot of random songs that I have no idea who sings them :o
And a ton more!!
You can look at my last.fm account otherwise I'll c&p what I have on my myspace. :)
Linkin Park, Old Adema, Strata, Fuel, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace, Muse, Zeromancer, 30 Seconds to Mars, 3rd Strike, 36 Crazyfists, Avenged Sevenfold (newer), Bush, Institute, Chevelle, Gravity Kills, hed(PE), Ill Nino, Matchbox Twenty (older), Orgy, Papa Roach (older), Queen, RA, Skillet, Spineshank, Static-X, Stabbing Westward, System of a Down, Taproot, Tenacious D, basically, none of that pop crud.
Of course this is an incomplete list. :)
Most of the artists you listed I love. I am all over the map when it comes to music!Quote:

.sarah that is quite a list and many of them are favorites of mine as well. I have to say, though, that my #1 favorite is Alan Jackson (recently went to two of his concerts - Sept. 10th and last Saturday night in Atlantic City). #2 would be Brad Paisley. I also like Sugarland, Brooks & Dunn and Toby Keith which missed your list too. :) I was a little disappointed at the Country Music Awards this year as Alan, though nominated, didn't win. Brad's song, Whiskey Lullaby, won but he was nominated for about 5-6 things and didn't win either. :( Oh well, next year maybe. :)
Luciano Pavarotti.
Well you did ask! :D
i love pavarotti...and placido domingo as well
.sarah and Pam made great listings of my country favorites plus all time absolute favorite is AKUS!! Alison Krauss and Union Station :D

I'm a total chairhead. I always joke I'm the only American fan....not entirely true but I do find myself saying things like, "Frogstomp...remember???" :p
Thats a lot of mine!!!:)Quote:

Alison Moorer--Steve's new wife, but I liked her even before that!
Fred Eaglesmith--I am a Fredhead! (I'll faint if anyone else has even heard of him!)
Lenny Gallant
